G1 Towing is the most disorganized and unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My car broke down three weeks ago and I made the mistake of calling them for a tow. When they heard that I was looking for a shop that could deal with my clutch on a weekend (it was a Saturday night) the dispatcher said that their shop would be able to take a look at it the next day. Turns out she was misinformed about her own company--they did not begin working on my car until two days later, and so began a three week nightmare. First they installed the incorrect part, then took days to receive a new one. When they finally told me I could pick up my car, I took half a day off of work so a friend could drive me out to their facility, only to arrive and find out that it wasn't ready (apparently "someone" was supposed to call and let me know). During this whole time I never received any calls to update me on the status of my car, even after the manager assured me that I would hear back from them several times. The icing on the cake came when it was time to tow my car back to me (to make up for my wasted trip out there) and the driver got into an accident and broke the very thing the shop had just fixed on my car. Three weeks later I finally got my vehicle and I'm already having problems with my clutch and will most likely have to have the work redone.

This company is sketch sketch sketch!!
I was told they would pick me up in an hour after my car died last night. I ended up waiting four hours for them to pick me up after calling numerous times!! They never once called me to inform me what was happening.
My phone was dying and they told me they could repair my car even though I wanted it dropped off at my original car dealership! They took me home and the next morning my car was at their mechanic shop.
My car was now stuck at their place and I didn't want to pay for it to be towed and I decided they could look at my car and called at 7am when they opened. They constantly put me on hold and said they would call back but never did.
After hours of waiting I then looked them up and found out how sketch this company was and didn't want them touching my car, esp after reading their horrid reviews!! Very scary and everyone seems to have similar stories.
I decided I didn't trust them with my car and drove to them. When I got there I wanted my car towed to the original place and was told that I would have to pay extra and that they don't do work on my kind of car!! Obviously they knew my type of car when they towed it to their place. Trying trying to make money off me..which made me even more sketched out. I didn't feel safe there and felt used.
This company also took 30 minutes to put my car on their tow truck, most companies only take a few minutes. The guy also ran over their equipment while doing this...The tow truck was cheap and I thought it might break down any minute. I've read reviews of them ruining cars from their improper towing! Hoping no damage was done!
After all this I decided I didn't trust these people and signed up with AAA which I should have done from the start... DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

DO NOT under any circumstances use this tow company. They have no sense of customer service. I called them to tow my car to a repair shop and it was 11.5 miles away. Price was $95, of which my insurance covered $75. i was ok with paying the extra $20.
First they quoted us 30 minutes - 1 hour, after the hour, no show, no phone call. So called again and they said there was an accident so will be there in 20 - 30 minutes. OF course, after 30 minutes, NOTHING! So I called after waiting over 2 hours, and I said I'm not happy, you made us wait almost 2 1/2 hours, there's no way I'm gonna pay the extra $20 that my insurance won't cover. They said there's nothing they could do. EXCUSE me?? Learn how to run a business! You are more than 1 1/2 hours late and you won't waive the $20?
Needless to say I found another tow company Premium Club Service who'll tow for $75.
This place s a RIP-OFF! If you want to be stranded for over 2 hours then call them. DO NOT wastes your time nor your money with this Mickey Mouse operation!
